Report table required to use “insert” tag to refresh the “Report” section in
the dashboard.

Hi,
 
the charts are not put in the link areas, but in the chart areas to the
middle/right, and all charts can be selected directly from there - no need
to "add to dashboard".
 
If you want to have report tables in your dashboard you can simply click on
the "insert" button on one of the link areas and then select "report
tables". The report tables you "add to dashboard" will then appear here.
