Hi, Hope training in TZ is going well. I require assistants for adding the
attached databoard. I limited time to do due to class. I coast there is alot
of challenges in using DHIS. I will try to address some because the meeting
is quarterly review meeting on their coverage  and performance.

Hi Yuko,

I have gone through all the graphs rectifying most of the areas, but have a
few questions, please see if you can help answer these questions based on
the attached spreadsheet so we can finalize the task…

·        To add the Infant Prophylaxis into Graph* 2 (ii*) – ARV Prophylaxis
rate, I’m wondering if I should use HV03-34?

·        Graph *2 (v), *what data element is used for “Eligibility
assessment Not done?”

·        For *2 (vi), *the team proposed to add “mothers not given
prophylaxis,” what data element do we use for that?

·        Graph 3 (i), the team is to discuss whether to add all prophylaxis
or not

·        Graph 3 (iii), does this look ideally resemble what the team
proposed?
