OK I have tried to create the two first and the two last charts:

1. PMTCT HIV Prevalence: Created an indicator with the formula given in the
sheet and a corresponding chart.
2. Male partners tested: Created a new indicator since the current version
does not support data element charts
5. Pregnant women starting on ART: -"-
6. Infants Testing HIV Positive: -"-

For no 3. and 4. I could not find the data elements needed to make the
charts.

You will have to add these charts to your personal dashboard. Not sure if we
have any data on these, we will see tomorrow.
