Thanks for your communication on Health Facility Level Data for 2009 and
2010 upto November.

I am forwarding 3 compressed folders with data for Kisumu West for 2 years
in excel by facility which I am requesting you to help us migrate to DHIS
before training in January 2011. It is unfortunate I did not attend the
meeting in Kisumu where districts were introduced to DHIS.

Kindly let me know if this is workable.
