Re: Testing District system faillure in data entry
Hi Cheburet,
I'm replying to the list.
Sorry to hear that the district have experienced problems today. Please
email, chat or call us immidiately when the districts report that the system
is down, so we can fix as quickly as possible.
I don't understand what you mean by "and other wa not able to input data but
just accepting Zeros and they can see the data they had entered earlier".
They could not enter any data? Just zeros?
If there are any changes we will let you know, but we do not plan any
changes on our side. If the server goes down the districts are probably the
first to know so then communisation to us is essential to get the problem
fixed. Of course we do not expect many such failures.
Glad to see that districts are active and eager to start using the system,
but since we have still not finalised the customisation and still testing
only I would not recommend too many districts either.
Thanks for the feedback.
Ola
