Hi Samuel,

I have now updated the online system to include the health facility types
and assigned the facilities in Machakos to their types.

Have a look  Maintenance->Organisation Unit and then Organisation Unit Group
Sets, and then open Edit window for Type, there you will see the assigned
groups (the different types).

Then go to Organisation Unit Group and open the different groups to see
which facilities that have been assigned. For Mahakos the types in use are
Dispensary, Medical Clinic - Other, Other Hospital, Secondary Hospital, and
Health Centre.

To assign a facility to a type you have to open the edit window of a
organisation unit group, e.g. Medical Clinic - Other, and then select the
facilities you want to assign this type to in the tree. Same for other
groups and group sets.

If you want to add different groups to the group set Ownership, here are the
steps:
1) Create the groups you need (you do not have to select any orgunits at
this point), so just write in the name (e.g. Ministry Of Health, Other
Private etc.) and save. Repeat this step for all the possible ownerships. I
recommend copy and pasting from the excel file generated by the MFL (there
is a column 'Owner'), or use any other source which also has these exact
categories for Owner. This will make it easier to auto assign ownership to
facilities  later, if we want to do that.
2) Then go to orgunit group sets and edit the Ownership group set. There you
can add all the new groups you created for Ownership, and save.
3) Assign Ownership to orgunits. In orgunit groups, open the Edit window for
each group belonging to the ownership group set and assign the facilities
you need.

Note that is very easy to change this (group sets, groups, group
memberships) at a later stage as these are just additional attributes on top
of the orgunits and not linked directly to the data, so we can do some trial
and error on the online demo here without risking anything.
