Dear developers,

As part of our Aggregate Diseases surveillance module we need to capture some causes of death in the events module. We are introducing a pop dialog for data capture of death information.
However, the dialog appears with some default borders and paddings (Dialog with style attached) originating from the DHIS2 style section below:

.cde-NORMAL td, .cde-NORMAL th {
    padding: 12px;
        padding-right: 12px;
        padding-left: 12px;
    border: 1px solid #c0c0c0;
}

If I disable the style using the browser developer console, the dialog appears fine (Normal dialog attached).
If there are some tips on how to center the dialog as well in DHIS2, that would be appreciated.
