We have lots of work ahead of us if we wish to have a working
prototype before Christmas.. Right now we have to get the design
ready, and we have to evaluate different tools and libraries. I
propose that we divide the work like this:

Bendik
    Evaluate existing plugin solutions.
Tor Ivar
   Test and select a good opensource UML and modelling tool. We might need more
   than one application to fullfill all our needs.
Simen
   Finish the design proposal (this week if possible) and take the
lead with answering
   questions if they arise after the proposal is sent.
Espen
   Evaluate Java Enterprise Beans and Apache Maven.
