I have made a category/tag on the wiki
(http://code.google.com/p/devilry/) for "new developer information".
At the time of writing it only has one article: LaunchpadHowto (how to
develop against the launchpad repositories using bazaar), but I will
propably add a JUnit4 howto very soon.

25 stars in the book and a free cup of coffee to the first one who
extends the lanchpad guide with windows support:)
