Hi Albert and all,
The touchpad issues are general to notebooks with ALPS touchpads. I wasn't
aware of this when I got it, but I likely wouldn't have if I knew. They are
absolutely inferior to Synaptics touchpads. There is no multi-finger
tapping, and single finger tapping is generally poor. It also seems rather
jumper from time to time. It also does not natively support two finger
scroll.
