Bug description:

  Ubuntu: 42.3-3ubuntu1
  Debian Unstable: 49.0-4

  A new release of yelp is available for merging from Debian Unstable.

  If it turns out this needs a sync rather than a merge, please change
  the tagging from ['dcr-merge'] to ['dcr-sync'], and (optionally)
  update the title as desired.

  If this merge pulls in a new upstream version, also consider adding an
  entry to the resolute Release Notes:

      Do this early so that we can check how this impacts the distro

      If an user had yelp in the GNOME shell favorites we do not want to drop
      it, but we should migrate it instead
