[Bug 2130141] [NEW] Merge bpfcc from Debian Unstable for resolute
Public bug reported:
Scheduled-For: ubuntu-25.11
Ubuntu: 0.31.0+ds-7ubuntu2
Debian Unstable: 0.35.0+ds-1
Debian Experimental: 0.35.0+ds-2~exp1
A new release of bpfcc is available for merging from Debian Unstable.
If it turns out this needs a sync rather than a merge, please change the
tagging from ['dcr-merge'] to ['dcr-sync'], and (optionally) update the
title as desired.
If this merge pulls in a new upstream version, also consider adding an
entry to the resolute Release Notes:
https://discourse.ubuntu.com/t/resolute-raccoon-release-notes/

### Old Ubuntu Delta ###
bpfcc (0.31.0+ds-7ubuntu2) questing; urgency=medium
* d/p/git-fix-llvm20.patch: cherry pick upstream fixes for llvm20

bpfcc (0.31.0+ds-7ubuntu1) questing; urgency=medium
* Merge from Debian unstable. Remaining changes:
- d/control: enable ppc64el architecture (LP 2074121).
- d/control: include ppc64el in the arches to skip for lua
- d/control, d/p/2003-libbpf-tools-debian.patch:
- Build with llvm-19, FTBFS with 20.
- d/t/control: Run testsuite as autopkgtest (LP 2052813)
- d/rules: add back riscv64 to tool_skip_arch, fixing FTBFS
* Removed delta, bpftool has its own package also in Ubuntu now:
- Depend on linux-tools-generic instead of bpftool
- Export bpftool binary to avoid system trying to use the chroot kernel
* d/p/disable-werror-to-fix-build.patch:
- disable Werror for now to workaround build issues on ppc64el
reported upstream https://github.com/iovisor/bcc/pull/5331
(the previous version didn't use Werror)
