[Bug 2129669] [NEW] Second screen does not work with new kernel

In Ubuntu 24, with kernel 6.8.0-85 my second screen works fine.

With kernel 6.8.0-86 it has stopped working: it is not detected at all,
it is not even showing in the Screen settings.
