I was on the 570 NVIDIA driver and just updated to 580 from the Ubuntu
graphics driver PPA, and I'm still experiencing this issue as well on
Ubuntu 25.04 with the 6.14.0-34-generic kernel. Common thread at the
moment is NVIDIA drivers, and I'm running Gnome Shell on X11, has anyone
tried Wayland?

I'm still stuck on X11 for one app, waiting for full Wayland support
before I will be forced to Wayland in 25.10 with Gnome Shell.

Bug description:
  I got a segfault when I try to open a PDF file. Here is the error:

  I attached the PDF that causes error to this bug report. Is an article
  from opensource.com.

  My other PDF reader, Zathura, can show the PDF correctly.
