I'm assuming you meant to link a lintian build log, not distro-info-
data. E.g. https://launchpadlibrarian.net/824648670/buildlog_ubuntu-
questing-amd64.lintian_2.122.0ubuntu2_BUILDING.txt.gz

In any case, I agree this is verified, and the amd64v3 stuff is not a
blocker.

Bug description:
  [ Impact ]

   * lintian is FTBFS since the rollout of some rust coreutils changes, because some tests are broken.
   * This affect our ability to update it for possible future SRUs.

  [ Test Plan ]

   * Building the package shouldn't fail, in particular during the
  testing step.

  [ Where problems could occur ]

   * As lintian is usually part of some CI and/or developer tooling, we
  can always expect regressions in those areas, but that's unlikely that
  lintian is going to break stuff for regular non-developer Ubuntu
  users.
