  journalctl -b0 > journal.txt
  lspci -k -d::300 > vga.txt
  sudo apt install drm-info
  sudo drm_info > drminfo.txt

and attach the resulting text files here.

  Lag every 15 seconds or so

  Incomplete

Bug description:
  So im using the computer and every so often the screen just lags. very
  noticeable when watching videos or scrolling. happens every 15 seconds
  or so. another thing is HDR freaks the monitor out and it just makes
  random colors. i dont use hdr because of this but i would really like
  to.
