[Bug 2110098] Re: Component mismatch due to the new roman-numerals dependency

I suggest that roman-numerals be MIR'd. There are 2 packages in Ubuntu
main that use python3-roman: python3-docutils & python3-sphinx. Both
have now switched upstream from python3-roman to python3-roman-numerals.

** No longer affects: sphinx (Ubuntu)

** Changed in: roman-numerals (Ubuntu)
       Status: Invalid => New

** Changed in: roman-numerals (Ubuntu)
       Status: New => Incomplete

Title:
  Component mismatch due to the new roman-numerals dependency

Status in roman-numerals package in Ubuntu:
  Incomplete

Bug description:
  The latest version of sphinx, 8.2.3-1 [1], brings in a new dependency
  on python3-roman-numerals, causing a component mismatch [2]. The
  latter is a package [3] newly sync'd from Debian.

  Instead of MIR'ng [3], we should attempt to replace its use by python3-roman [4].
