[Bug 2127186] Re: [SRU] bluetooth is not working with x13s with Questing

** Description changed:

+ [ Impact ]
+
After updating to Questing I wasn't able to use my Bluetooth mouse.
-
Trying to enable Bluetooth in gnome-settings isn't working either.

- Happy to provide more details, but the step to reproduce are pretty
- straight forward
+ [ Test Plan ]

- I was using Plucky 25.04
- do-release-upgrade -d
- no bluetooth audio
+ There are two cases that were broken and need to be tested, interactive
+ and non-interactive commands.

- Thx
+ $ btmgmt -i 0 info
+
+ and
+
+ $ btmgmt
+ [mgmt]> info
+
+ when broken both will return "Unable to send read_info cmd"
+ After the fix is applied they work as expected and return a list of devices.
+
+ [ Where problems could occur ]
+
+ The fix comes from upstream and there aren't currently any known regressions.
+ There is a non-zero chance that more issues will be found but the issue is well understood and the fix is pretty straight forward.
