The built-in volume button could not change the volume on the Dell Pro Rugged tablet.

[ Test Plan ]
Press the volume up/down button to see if the sound volume changed.

[ Where problems could occur ]
The quirk relies on the DMI product name for device identification; if the DMI string changes, the fix will no longer apply.
