Bug description:
  I haven't dug into it deeply to see what errors it effects (perhaps
  all, perhaps just this one), but the newest version of lintian in
  Oneiric (2.5.2~git20110804ubuntu1) does not honor the override dir-or-
  file-in-opt.  The previous version I used (2.5.1ubuntu1) worked
  properly in this regard.
