  transmission-qt: Unable to create KIO worker. Can not create a socket
  for launching a KIO worker for protocol 'file'.

Bug description:
  In Questing, when I click "Open" in transmission-qt, the file dialog
  fails to show any files, instead showing this error:

  Unable to create KIO worker. Can not create a socket for launching a
  KIO worker for protocol 'file'.

  The program worked correctly in Plucky and prior releases.
