Title:
  Gnome-session services (gnome-keyring, etc.) fail to start on login,
  even on new user profile

Status in gnome-session package in Ubuntu:
  New

Bug description:
  Hello,

  I am experiencing critical system instability on a fresh installation
  of Ubuntu 24.04.3 LTS. The main symptoms are random application
  crashes (especially Brave browser) with SIGSEGV errors.

  The system logs (`journalctl -p 3 -xb`) consistently show that
  essential gnome-session services are failing to start upon user login.

  Key errors include:
  - gkr-pam: unable to locate daemon control file
  - Failed to start app-gnome-gnome\x2dkeyring\x2dsecrets...scope
  - Failed to start app-gnome-gnome\x2dkeyring\x2dpkcs11...scope
  - Failed to start app-gnome-gnome\x2dkeyring\x2dssh...scope
  - Failed to start app-gnome-at\x2dspi\x2ddbus\x2dbus...scope
  - Failed to start app-gnome-user\x2ddirs\x2dupdate\x2dgtk...scope

  We have performed extensive troubleshooting, and the problem persists. Steps taken:
  1.  System is fully updated (`sudo apt update && sudo apt upgrade`).
  2.  Confirmed the session is "Ubuntu on Xorg".
  3.  Disabled automatic login.
  4.  Completely reset the keyring by deleting all files in `~/.local/share/keyrings/`.

  After resetting the keyring, the system was stable for a few hours,
  but the problem returned with the exact same errors in the journal.

  **Crucially, we created a brand new user account, and the exact same
  keyring and session service failures occurred on the first login.**

  This confirms the issue is not related to a corrupted user profile
  configuration, but appears to be a system-level bug in how the user
  session is initialized in Ubuntu 24.04.

  The `ubuntu-bug` tool should have attached system information and logs
  automatically.
