[Bug 2127219] [NEW] Audio system failures since Ubuntu 24.04LTS

Public bug reported:

I currently have a Huawei D14 laptop with a 10th generation Intel Core
i1 processor. When I connect wired headphones, not only do they not
work, but the laptop's internal speakers also play sound. On the other
hand, if I connect an external monitor, connect the headphones to the
monitor, and select “listen through the monitor” in the Ubuntu settings,
not only does it not work, but it also slows down my internet (at least
YouTube videos stop loading). The report was sent with Ubuntu 25.04,
however, this is something that happens even with version 24.04LTS.

P.S. What are those designs they've been coming out with lately for the
versions? Anyone who says they're “good” is lying!
