The screenshot shows an adwaita app, so the bug is there in case there
is one.

But I actually think it's by design to actually keep the contrast
acceptable.

We do some adjustments ourselves, but most of this code is upstream
though.

Bug description:
  GTK4 text input highlights are undersaturated compared to the
  configured accent colour. This does not happen in GTK3 apps.
