  do-release-upgrade: Foreign Packages Installed

Status in webkit2gtk package in Ubuntu:
  Fix Released

Bug description:
  Upon running `sudo do-release-upgrade -d` (after`sudo apt update` and
  `sudo apt upgrade`) in a fresh install of Ubuntu 25.04 ARM in UTM (VM
  software), keeping all defaults, I got the following output:
