Github would be great. I would be happy to help any way I could. Just as an academic exercise, I tried converting to git (https://astrofloyd.wordpress.com/2012/09/06/convert-bzr-to-git/) / hg (http://stackoverflow.com/questions/3663323/migrating-from-bazaar-to-mercurial). Both failed around commit 149 complaining about CMakeLists.txt.
