We should add some pydev module creation templates that use the new file
header and respectively adapt the existing one.

@Miriam: Could you please add some information on how to setup bazarr
supporting client-side property/keyword resolution.

  In the sourcecode old svn-properties are included, these should be updated to the new bazaar environment.
In the same process the copyright information should be updated.
