What needs to be included: 
 - current year?
 - Name of the developer
 - licence
 - DLR reference
 - URL to project page (launchpad.net/datafinder)

Status in DataFinder - flexible data management: New

Bug description:
In the sourcecode old svn-properties are included, these should be updated to the new bazaar environment.
In the same process the copyright information should be updated.
