Hi

I've started packaging ldc for debian/ubuntu.

I got ldc and tango from hg and svn and i tested on amd64 and the executables 
compiled successully. So i started debianizing ldc with dh_make using cdbs.

I've set up a repository for it, you can find it at

bzr co lp:~d-language-packagers/dsss/ldc

The "main" problem is the tango library. inside ldc there is a tango copy.
As a first package, i planned to just compile ldc without doing a separate 
tango package for ldc. After the package is completed we can start thinking 
how to handle tango properly.
