dsss 0.78 ready: no lintian errors.

Hi.

I ported the dsss package to version 0.78 and fixed the problem that Peter De 
Wachter pointed me out.

Notes for this release:

renamed the executables (rebuild and rebuild_choosedc and rerun to drebuild 
and drebuild_choosedc and drerun cuz it was pointed out that they were too 
generic)  
added manpage for drebuild_choosedc and drebuild and drerun.
forced to use gdc-4.1 due to a bug on gdc-4.2 on amd64 that segfaults all 
programs that call a function.

any review/suggestion is appreciated.
