As you saw, mailing list of the group is now active. It took 1 day for 
approval from launchpad.

Now in the homepage you can see the form for mailing list subscription and 
group join. The address is: d-language-packagers@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx

I suggest you to join this group (it seems that you already did it) and submit 
your work so we can help you and review packages better using the PPA which is 
one of the best features of Launchpad since it creates an ubuntu archive just 
for us and to review and develop packages.
