  Scrolling of textures list with keyboard

Status in cubit:

Bug description:
  Not everyone has a mouse-wheel espcially some notebook users therfore
  it will improve accessibility if it is possible to scroll textures
  list with the keyboard, eg. PAGE UP and PAGE DOWN.
