  "select library" folder dialog doesn't respect system double-click
  speed

Bug description:
  for the more normal mouse user this means the dialog appears broken

  to reproduce: reduce your system double click speed, then double-click
  a folder in the library selection window but only just fast enough for
  a system double click, which will do nothing. then double click fast
  and see it work.

  the threshold for double click is really quite high, which will be a
  particular problem for the target audience
