[Bug 525214] Re: Sync Launchpad download files with PyPI

** Summary changed:

- Up to date .tar file for unix
+ Sync Launchpad download files with PyPI

** Changed in: divisi
       Status: New => Confirmed

** Changed in: divisi
   Importance: Undecided => Medium

** Description changed:

- Hi,
+ Divisi source releases are done semi-automatically and hosted on PyPI
+ (http://pypi.python.org/pypi/Divisi/0.6.10). But Launchpad doesn't
+ reflect this: it doesn't point to the PyPI site, and instead has its own
+ download section, which currently hosts old files.

- 6.8 is available as a windows exec - is it possible for you to tar up a
- 6.8 (or 6.10???) so that I can install it and run luminoso on my mac?
+ We could manually upload new releases to Launchpad also, but that would
+ easily get forgotten in the release process, so it should be automated.
+ Launchpad has an API, so this should be not too hard, and someone may
+ have done it already.
