We have so far not seen this behavior. Can you give some more details,
e.g., OS, method of Luminoso installation, video card, etc.? And does it
occur in any sample study? And is there anything you can do that seems
to make it more likely to fail?

Bug description:
When I click on the visualisation window it sometimes goes blank - beige blank. 

This is quite a random effect - sometimes when I am panning or zooming, sometimes when I move out of the window and select a document.
