Status in Divisi UI: Fix Committed

Bug description:
When right-clicking on a narrative, and "disabled" is selected - nothing happens.  I don't know if this is because the narrative isn't actually being disabled or if the icon isn't changing.  I would assume the "checked document" icon would be replaced by a "blank document" or something.
