Fixed in database. Unfortunately, this won't propagate to our users
until we export the database again.

A workaround is to set useful_only=False in every method that takes
useful_only as an argument, or just to do the appropriate queries on
Assertion.objects instead of Assertion.useful.

Bug description:
The "useful_only" filter in such methods as get_assertions_forward seems to filter out all statements in Portuguese.
