[Merge] lp:~jeffmarcom/cloud-testing/devstack_vagrant into lp:cloud-testing/cloudbox

Jeff Marcom has proposed merging lp:~jeffmarcom/cloud-testing/devstack_vagrant into lp:cloud-testing/cloudbox.

Requested reviews:
  Cloud Certification (cloud-certification-team)

For more details, see:
https://code.launchpad.net/~jeffmarcom/cloud-testing/devstack_vagrant/+merge/180974

This adds vagrant config files to cloudbox source.

This enables the developer to quick spawn a virtual instance that installs cloudbox from the same source directory from which it's spawned and installs devstack (default release folsom) to test.

To test, simply run "vagrant up".

The first time you boot it will take quite a while since you have to download the image itself.

Any further code changes you'd like to test just simply do "vagrant provision" and cloudbox will be reinstalled with your changes.
