Kristoffer and I made some progress on the FSI solver today. Most
things seem to be in place now, but there are a couple of issues:

1. Which material model/parameters should be used for the mesh
displacement to get the best mesh quality?

2. The Piola mapping needs to be rethought since sigma_F and Sigma_F
are defined on two different meshes. This means DOLFIN will need to
interpolate from one mesh to another when it assembles, which in turn
means that the second step fails when it tries to evaluate at a point
outside of the domain.

3. We need some functionality for adding an assembled load vector. See
comment about B_S in fsi.py.
