Public bug reported:

On multiple clouds ubuntu_lttng_smoke_test fails to execute
sched_switch. Kenrel tracer not available suggests that the module
cannot be loaded.

Relevant log:

On Openstack secure boot is not available so the dkms is failing with

which is consistant with the error
