[Bug 2129812] [NEW] bareudp.sh in ubuntu_kselftests_net fails because of dash default shell

bareudp.sh execution fails on questing because the shebang /bin/sh under ubuntu points to dash.
Explicitly changing to /bin/bash fixes the issue
