The following message is regarding the following Kernel SRU Tracking bug:

The promote-to-security task was not set to one of the following statesduring the release test:
New, Confirmed, Invalid, 
promote-to-security task was set to state Fix Released
Further processing of this bug by Workflow Manager is halted.
