implemented, thanks to all those who contributed. If something was updated
and appears to be broken, please ping 'cihelp' in #ubuntu-ci-eng on
freenode.

If there are further configuration changes necessary or if a project was
not updated and should have been, please send email to:

Also a public service announcement:
  Please note that a few changes in the wily images are now more obvious
during testing. For example, the switch from upstart to systemd has
uncovered some implicit dependencies on upstart which now may no longer be
available.
