Re: Restricting dep8 tests to run on the phone
Hi all,
Thanks Francis for the information, I think it's a great conversation
starter.

Just a reminder that if you could, please direct any requests to Evan --
our Project Owner -- and he will prioritize that along with the other
requests we have from other teams. It is important that we know as soon as
possible that something is important to you, this way we can plan work for
the sprint accordingly. So, remember to use the spaces we offer to discuss
such matters, they are there for a reason. :)
This is to reinforce we're not supposed to work in urgent tasks in the
middle of our cycle, only if that means there is something really
problematic going on and we should "stop the line", like for example the
ps-jenkins key incident. Unplanned work is disruptive not only for our
team, but for the other teams CI has work assigned for this sprint.
In the moment you coordinate with Evan, you should express why that is
critical to you so he knows and communicates to the team, and also it's a
good idea to send your stakeholder to our stakeholders' meeting, to discuss
your priority directly with other teams.
If you have any more questions, let me know.
Thanks,
