I would like to put all the tests for ubuntu as an integrated operating
system in the same branch. I don't mind if the tests are manual, command
line or autopilot. But I see problems with all the possible approaches, so
I don't mind going with the status quo or making an independent project per
suite. If somebody has a good argument in favor of one of the options, I
would like to hear about it.

We should replace or drop all the utah stuff. Some provisioning details
will be dep8 flags or scripts; some others will be adt parameters.
