Could we know and optimize exact outage timewindow here? Could we even
do this on weekend or over night to null'ize impact on our engineering
team during race to get our phone image out?

Also do we have insight and agree that IS is having a bullet proof
roll out plan with quick revert/recovery at all stages so they can
guarantee a max downtime window and we are condident that this is
really the case?
