Hi folks,

We are going to need a backport of python-gnupg (our environment needs the
trusty version) for deploying the Gatekeeper component (verifying SPU
signatures)

There is already a version available in Chris' PPA [1] that meets our
requirements.

Any objections to copy it (with binaries) to the ci-airline-phase-0 PPA ?
