If the power supplied by the usb hubs is insufficient, perhaps we
should just swap the hubs out? The runs happen relatively
infrequently now, and we should actually put even less demand on an
individual device now since we parallelize the jobs, so one device is
only responsible for a fraction of the entire test run rather than
having to push through the whole thing. If that's still not enough
though, more power seems the way to go!
