There's some really cool stuff in there about how they handle flaky tests.
It's nice to know we're not the only ones with that problem, but also
interesting to see how they identify the tests that are known to be
flaky and highlight the fact that they need to be fixed, while also
still allowing them to run in a way that doesn't cripple the ability
to move things forward when you have a test failing that you know to
be flaky.

Joe, Evan seemed to think that had some relevance to one of your tasks.
