I set up a basic walkthrough of changing a device connected to one
jenkins to run over on another jenkins.  Let me know if you find it

Fun fact! Chris and I were talking about this quite a while back I
think. There's actually nothing that prevents you from setting up an
upstart job on your local system to connect a locally attached device
to the jenkins running in the lab.  Of course you would need adb
running and a phone attached, as well as the current set of
dependencies like phablet-tools and ubuntu-device-flash.  This isn't
something that I would recommend for day-to-day jobs, but if it all
really hit the fan and there was no other way, it's an option that
could work in a pinch.
